Job summary

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor with UAE fit-out/renovation experience to oversee day-to-day site activities. You will manage subcontractors, materials, quality, and the programme, coordinating with project managers and site workers to ensure high standards and schedule compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to read architectural/interior drawings. Dubai-based availability is essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE fit-out/renovation site supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Clear reading of architectural/interior fit-out drawings (architecture, joinery, MEP).
• Valid UAE driving licence with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Support Project Managers in planning and scheduling.
• Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists.
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials; avoid delays.
• Enforce site safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Keep accurate site records and daily reports; prepare weekly updates.
