The ideal candidate has recently completed a degree in accounting-related fields, knows MS Excel, and is eager to learn accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Recently completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
• Willingness to learn accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records, ledgers, and documentation.
• Help with bank reconciliations and data entry.
• Help prepare basic financial reports and maintain organized financial files in line with UAE compliance requirements.
• Support senior accountants in audit, tax, and reporting tasks.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents.
• Assist audit and tax teams with documentation.
• Perform other assigned accounting tasks.
