Job summary

MCG Talent is seeking a confident, hands‑on Finance Manager to join a leading social media and creative agency business in Dubai. This role is about close attention to detail, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder support rather than setting overall strategy.

You will bring around 8 years of relevant finance experience and be part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). The position is a practical partner to operations and accounts teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience in a hands‑on role.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations for a busy account portfolio.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and reconciliations.
• Track spend, revenue, accruals and profitability, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Partner with account teams on estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and finance queries.
• Support month‑end close, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely and clearly explained.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure processes are followed consistently.
• Work closely with internal finance colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Improve practical ways of working where they make the team more efficient.
