Nutq | نُطق, based in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Generative AI Engineer for a hybrid role combining on-site collaboration and remote work. You will design, train, and deploy generative models for Gulf Arabic speech and text, focusing on telephony use cases, and drive robust data pipelines and production-ready systems.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate use cases into technical solutions, support deployments (including on-premise), and contribute to research,

Qualifications

• Strong skills in ML and DL for speech or language tasks.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for building, training, and evaluating generative models.
• Experience with NLP/speech technologies such as ASR, TTS, language models, and prompt or instruction tuning for production use cases.

Responsabilités

• Train and fine-tune generative models for Arabic speech and text.
• Build data pipelines for large-scale audio/text corpora.
• Evaluate model performance on real conversational workloads and improve robustness for names, numbers, and noisy audio.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer teams to translate use cases into technical solutions.
• Contribute to research, experimentation, and documentation; help establish monitoring and scalable infrastructure in production.
