Qualifications

• College degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum one year of proven professional experience in a telephone operator or front office reception role.
• Proficiency in computer systems and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and respond to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, sincere service to guests in the front office.
• Ensure smooth operation of service area per contract and requirements.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
• Maintain guest data and handle inquiries quickly.
• Attend daily briefings and training; participate in upselling where possible.
