Responsibilities

• Clearly understand the concept of guest services centre being the one point of contact for guests.
• Ensure adherence to proper and prompt handling of calls and guest requests via FCS e-connect.
• Maintain order in the guest service centre and assist CID data related tasks.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist in emergencies and ensure accurate CID reporting when required.
