Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a courteous Guest Services Associate to answer and log guest calls, process wake-up requests, assist with internet access, and coordinate messages. You will monitor lines, respond with clear etiquette, and escalate issues to the appropriate department while maintaining Marriott's Gold Standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard and handle wake-up calls, messages, and forwarding requests.
• Instruct guests on internet access and transfer issues to the provider's support line.
• Monitor busy/unanswered lines and follow up to update status.
• Move and carry objects up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect hotel assets.
