Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a Guest Services Associate to maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and support other departments while delivering the hotel’s Gold Standards. You will engage guests, use POS systems, and uphold high service levels in a luxury environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with no supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; read and verify information in various formats.
• Enter and locate information using computers and POS systems.
• Exchange information with employees via pagers, radios, or email.
• Engage guests in conversation about their stay and local offerings.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs.
• Speak clearly and professionally; prepare written documents with accuracy.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; listen to colleagues.
• Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds; perform other duties as required.
