Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exemplary service at the front desk. You will take reservations, greet and register guests, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

The role requires excellent communication in English, a strong customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Prior front office experience is preferred, with familiarity in MS Office and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to provide expertise services in a courteous manner. You are responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest-s account upon completion of their stay. You will handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.
