Job summary

Yosh is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in line with hotel standards. You will service rooms, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure readiness for occupancy while following schedules set by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good English communication, and the ability to work as part of a team, including shifts on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping roles in hospitality or cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation and linen handling.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on presentation, hygiene and service quality.
• Ability to communicate in English and Myanmar or Indonesian to assist guest and team communications.
• Good communication, customer service, teamwork, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas per standards.
• Make beds, change linen, clean windows, dust, vacuum, and mop floors as required.
• Restock amenities, toiletries, minibar items, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, order, presentation, and readiness for occupancy.
• Follow cleaning schedules and task assignments provided by supervisors.
• Handle guest belongings with care and report any issues promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and maintain trolleys and storage areas organized.
• Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and guest concerns to supervisors.
