Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or cleaning operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, linen handling, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino to support communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and service quality.
• Good communication, customer service, teamwork, organisational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, staff areas, and other facilities to company standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replace towels, dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, clean windows, and complete other housekeeping duties.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items, stationery, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Inspect rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness, order, presentation, hygiene, and readiness for occupancy.
• Follow room cleaning schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Handle guest belongings with care and report lost property promptly.
• Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and guest concerns to supervisors.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and maintain stocked areas.
• Maintain trolleys, cupboards, storage rooms, and work areas in good order.
