Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5 star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an Assistant Kids Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging and fun environment for our young guests.

You will lead, train and develop the Kids Club team, plan age-appropriate activities, maintain safety standards, manage supplies and respond professionally to guest inquiries, turning every family visit into a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.

Do you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families? As an Assistant Kids Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young guests. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional activities and experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and guest satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
