Job summary

Saadiyat Beach Club in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Front Office Host/Guest Relations professional for its luxury 5-star setting. You will deliver exceptional service, manage guest relations, and operate Front of House systems to enhance club experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a 5-star hotel Front Office, proficiency in Opera and Micros, excellent English, fluent Arabic, and strong organizational and communication skills to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel Front Office.
• Proficiency in Opera and Micros hospitality software.
• Excellent command of written and oral English.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
