Job summary

Saadiyat Beach Club is seeking a courteous and professional Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional Food & Beverage service in our luxury restaurant and pool outlets on Saadiyat Island. The role focuses on guest flow, accuracy in service, and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel restaurant, strong English communication, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Accommodation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); second language advantageous.
• Highly motivated, confident, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle table reservations and manage guest flow across the restaurant floor.
• Serve Food & Beverage to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the dining process.
• Assist Management with day-to-day service and adhere to SOPs on the restaurant floor.
• Be flexible to re-assign to other departments as needed to meet business demands.
