Job summary

Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations professional on a contract basis to warmly welcome guests, respond to questions, and coordinate service requests to ensure memorable stays.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, effective communication, and problem resolution, with a preference for German language skills. Join a premium beachfront destination renowned for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Guest Relations or similar is an asset.
• Diploma/ BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation.
• Proficiency in German language will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions, needs and desires of guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to guests' needs and anticipate unstated requests.
• React promptly to guests' inquiries and requirements.
• Listen actively and resolve guests' complaints.
• Oversee arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
• Promote all amenities and programs offered.
