Job summary

Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites is seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager (Turkish Speaker) to elevate guest experiences in our luxury Dubai property. You will assist the Guest Relations Manager, lead a guest relations team, and ensure VIP guests receive personalised service.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of luxury hotel guest relations experience, fluent Turkish and English, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. UAE hospitality standards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
3-5 years in guest relations or luxury hotel customer service.
Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Guest Relations Manager in daily operations and team management.
Handle VIP guest arrivals, stays and departures with personalized service.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain satisfaction.
Train and mentor guest relations staff to uphold service standards.
Manage guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Oversee loyalty programs and guest retention initiatives.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality regulations and standards.
