Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an F&B Associate for In-Room Dining who will deliver prompt, professional room service and personalized guest experiences. You will take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and ensure high presentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and take guest orders accurately.
• Provide information about menus, ingredients, promotions, and estimated delivery times.
• Enter orders correctly into the hotel ordering system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely order preparation.
• Set up and deliver food and beverages according to presentation standards.
• Verify orders for accuracy, quality, temperature, and completeness before delivery.
• Present orders professionally and explain items to guests when required.
• Clear trays, trolleys, and used service equipment from guest rooms and corridors.
• Process guest bills, payments, and charges accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Record and communicate special requests, VIP amenities, and guest preferences.
• Assist with daily opening, closing and stock-taking procedures.
