Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Set up and clear tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and back-of-house areas.
• Support the team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.
• Replenish menus, tableware, condiments, and service supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate feedback to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stock-taking duties.
• Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
