The First Group Hospitality is seeking an F&B Crew member for our Dubai properties. You will support daily restaurant, café, bar and events operations, delivering friendly, efficient guest service while upholding high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have experience in F&B or customer service, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Flexibility for shifts including weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent guest service mindset with a professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Set up and clear tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant and back-of-house areas.
• Support the team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and events.
• Replenish menus, tableware, and service supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate feedback to supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning and stock-taking duties.
• Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
