Job summary

Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel is seeking a dedicated F&B Waiter to join our Dubai team. You will provide attentive guest service, learn the hotel menu, operate the POS system, and support a seamless dining operation across departments.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality/service industry is preferred.
Able to work as part of a team to ensure timely service.
Knowledge of hotel facilities and guest services is beneficial.
Willingness to follow hotel policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

To work as a team with colleagues in all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
To understand and adhere to hotel policies and SOPs regarding guest service, operation, and personal grooming.
Check out with supervisor before leaving your station or floor for any reason.
Develop a complete knowledge of menus and hotel services to answer guest questions.
Learn and correctly use the POS equipment and follow procedures.
Maintain security and guest privacy during all interactions.
Participate in training meetings to develop professional skills and guest satisfaction.
Ensure trays and rooms are checked and restored after service.
