NH Collection Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service by serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally. You will take orders, serve guests, and ensure a positive dining experience in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, processing bills, maintaining hygiene, upselling offerings, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain items, promotions, and offers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and service accordingly.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Prepare and reset tables; assist with buffet setup.
• Process bills and payments following procedures.
• Communicate dietary requests to the kitchen.
• Upsell menu items to boost revenue.
• Work with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
