Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, professional service to guests and uphold the highest hospitality standards within the hotel’s dining venues.

You will greet guests, take orders, present menus, upsell where appropriate, and ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and excellent guest satisfaction. This role requires teamwork and a positive, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, bar or hospitality preferred.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong guest service.
• Good English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Take orders, present menus, and upsell where appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages to standards and maintain presentation.
• Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process guest bills and payments following hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding and other teams for smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
