NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will provide friendly, professional service to guests and ensure high hospitality standards.

The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with Kitchen and Bars to deliver memorable experiences in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Present menus, take guest orders accurately, and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, promotions, and available products.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Promote menu items and support upselling opportunities.
• Prepare tables and service areas before, during, and after operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.
