NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team on-site. You will provide professional service to guests, present menus, take and deliver orders, and ensure impeccable hospitality standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience, a strong customer service focus, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and real hospitality mindset.
• Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and adapt quickly.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive Food & Beverage service according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams for smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel procedures at all times.
