NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in a premium setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.

Join our team to ensure smooth operations, maintain knowledge of menus and promotions, and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding while upholding safety and hygiene procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide attentive F&B service in line with hotel standards.
• Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Serve meals and drinks with correct presentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Coordinate with Kitchen/Bar/Stewarding for smooth service.
• Process guest bills and payments per hotel procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety rules.
