Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and timing.
• Attend to any special requests or dietary restrictions of customers.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before guests arrive.
• Monitor tables for cleanliness and ensure they are cleared promptly after use.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.

• Cash out customers' bills accurately and efficiently.
