Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Service Center Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Guest Service Center and ensure prompt, professional handling of inquiries and requests.

You will coach a frontline team, coordinate with departments, and uphold NH Collection brand standards and health and safety requirements. Fluent English and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
• Front Office/Guest Services experience required.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Guest Service Center to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Handle guest calls, inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints with timely follow-up.
• Record and communicate guest requests to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and others for seamless service.
• Conduct shift briefings and training to ensure high service standards.
