Job summary

Anantara World Islands Dubai is seeking a capable Food & Beverage leader to supervise restaurant and room service operations, ensuring superior guest experiences and continuous staff development. The role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and maintaining rigorous standards in a high-visibility hospitality environment.

You will lead shifts, train associates, and uphold Anantara service policies while delivering prompt, courteous service to guests across all outlets on property in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Outlet operations leadership role.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote guest satisfaction by developing a strong team environment.
• Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders with a positive guest experience.
• Oversee service of all Restaurants and Room Service, ensuring standards are met.
• Maintain staff motivation, training, and proper shift coverage.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and adherence to service standards.
