Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the restaurant and bar operations in the Desert Islands resort. You will lead the evening shift, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

With a focus on efficiency, hygiene, and seamless service, you will coordinate with kitchen staff, manage rosters, and drive continuous improvement to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organises and controls the restaurant operations to provide dining services.
• Oversee and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations of the restaurant & bar.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the property's food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during service periods to ensure quality service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants, fostering a high-performing team.
• Manage staff rostering, workflow, and service standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting as required.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
