Job summary

Dusit is seeking a sales professional to drive wedding events business. You will develop strategies, prospect new clients, and build relationships with planners and coordinators, tailoring proposals to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include site tours, collaboration with catering/events teams, contract negotiations, and ensuring exceptional service from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star environment
• Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to wedding events to remain competitive in the market
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools
• Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of the hotel as a premier wedding destination
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the hotel’s presence and generate leads

REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION

• Reports to the Director of Commercial
• Coordinates with all concerned personnel to ensure that all activities are accomplished
• Communicates effectively with guest, clients, business partners and staff

OTHERS
