Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a guest-focused restaurant service professional to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will present menus, answer questions, ensure hot food is served hot, and maintain table cleanliness while coordinating with kitchen staff.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required; strong cash handling and health regulation compliance are essential. You will build rapport with guests, upsell through positive suggestive sales, and uphold safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest-focused service in the restaurant.
• Present menu, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Ensure hot food is served hot and cold food is served correctly.
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
• Pre-bus tables, maintain cleanliness and remove dirty plates.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver accurate orders.
• Deliver beverages and meals while upholding cash handling policies.
