Miral Experiences seeks a friendly Retail Associate to join our Abu Dhabi retail team. You will sell branded merchandise and photo products, assist guests with queries, and operate the cash register efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires at least one year in guest services, English proficiency, basic computer skills, and a willingness to engage guests while maintaining brand standards. The position supports inventory and stock displaying across attractions.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary or equivalent.
• 1 year guest/customer service experience.
• English proficiency (spoken & written).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability and genuine willingness to entertain/engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Assist guests to make purchases by describing and recommending products.
• Operate the computerized cash register and handle payments in multiple currencies and vouchers.
• Keep product displays well stocked, clean, and properly labeled per brand standards.
• Address guest queries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Support inventory tasks and participate in promotions to meet targets.
