Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Abu Dhabi venues. You will guide visitors, ensure safety, and support smooth operations across attractions and exhibitions.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to create memorable experiences for guests at our immersive attractions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to a good standard (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills (to identify trends in provided data).
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the facility and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation within the facility, providing directions and answering questions as needed.
• Ensure the safety of visitors by enforcing exhibition rules and guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and responding to any safety concerns or emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the facility, including monitoring and tidying up as needed.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions and communicate relevant information to visitors.
• Uphold the values and mission, representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for art and technology.
