Job summary

You will lead a motivated team, uphold Anantara's service standards, coordinate with the kitchen, manage shifts, training, and compliance with food safety and health protocols to deliver seamless dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and room service, ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Lead a motivated, service-oriented team and ensure courteous, personalised service at all times.
• Monitor service standards during shifts, coordinating with the kitchen for a seamless dining experience.
• Ensure smooth shift operations by following opening/closing procedures per the Manager’s Checklist.
• Train and coach team members to maintain Anantara service standards and a high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
