• 1-3 years selling face-to-face to walk-in customers, with a monthly target.
• Ability to convert visitors into memberships or party bookings.
• Comfort working in a busy hospitality/entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach guests during their visit to introduce memberships, packages, party bookings and add-on services.
• Convert walk-in visitors into members, repeat customers or party bookings, aiming to meet monthly targets.
• Handle party and group booking enquiries end to end: initial conversation, quote, follow-up, confirmation and handover to operations.
