Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or a relevant degree.
• Fresh graduates welcome. Minimum of 2 years in Reception or Guest Service experience is a strong plus.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing room sales and revenue.
• Prepare guest name lists.
• Greet and address guests by name upon check‑in and check‑out.
• Assist guests while registering.
• Provide information, directions, and service based on hotel standards and policies.
