Job summary

Marriott International – W Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest-focused host to manage phones, seats, and reservations. You will greet guests, manage wait lists, and ensure a seamless dining experience while maintaining clean, welcoming dining areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take dining reservations, and enter diner information into reservation system.
• Maintain wait list and quote accurate wait time.
• Seat guests and organize seating using rotation chart; pull chairs and present menus.
• Guide guests through dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
• Ensure proper place settings, napkins, silverware, and cleanliness of settings.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and safety.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; act as a role model.
• Follow all safety policies and protect assets.
