Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; present menus and assist as needed.
• Guide guests to seating, accommodate groups with special needs, and ensure correct place settings.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Follow company safety policies, report hazards, and uphold professional appearance and confidentiality.
