• Respond to special banquet arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Follow safety policies, report incidents, and complete trainings if required.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and thank guests sincerely.
• Communicate clearly and answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspect tools or equipment for defects.
