Job summary

AccorHotel in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a full-time waitress to provide courteous, professional service. You will greet guests, set tables, present menus, take orders and ensure accurate food and beverage delivery while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, English fluency and experience with MICROS POS. You will also participate in opening/closing procedures and periodic inventory checks in a busy hotel outlet.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waitress.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcoming guests to their tables.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Present menu and provide detailed information, serve food & beverage orders and provide courteous, professional and flexible service.
• Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment is working properly and trained to work safely with it.
• Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
