Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and seat them appropriately.

• Receive and coordinate reservations via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and special requests.
• Maintain waiting area and host stand cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure menus and promotional materials are accessible to guests.
• Develop menu knowledge, including sushi and other offerings.
• Be informed about ingredients and allergens to assist guests.
• Coordinate with service team for smooth guest flow and turnover.
• Remind guests of reservations and collect feedback after dining.
• Address guest concerns with diplomacy and a customer-focused approach.
• Handle guest payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
