Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Luxury hotel experience is an asset.
• F&B computer systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional dining service in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and guide seating arrangements.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and ensure tables are properly set before service.
• Develop a complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.
