Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai is seeking a guest-focused Front of House/Host person to welcome diners and coordinate seating while collaborating with a team of servers. You will review reservations, guide table setup, and help maintain pristine dining areas in a luxury hotel environment.

Experience in food & beverage is required; luxury hotel experience is a plus. Strong communication and computer system skills are essential to ensure seamless service for guests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Luxury hotel experience is an asset.
• Ability to operate F&B computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during dining in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand.
• Review the reservation book and set up table sections.
• Ensure cleanliness of each dining section and prepare before opening.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients and restaurant information.
