Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and presenting menus.
• Guide guests through the dining area and provide needed assistance.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs.
• Ensure proper place settings and cleanliness of tables and utensils.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety, and guest well-being.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
