Job summary

25hours Hotels Dubai One Central is seeking a welcoming Host/Receptionist to greet guests, manage seating, reservations, and ensure a polished, upbeat guest experience aligned with the 25hours tone.

You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams, maintain seating charts, handle inquiries by phone, and uphold grooming standards while complying with health and safety standards. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Ability to read English to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promo materials, etc.
• Ability to speak English to conduct small employee meetings and communicate with guests.
• Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a polished, upbeat manner.
• Manage guest seating, flow, and table allocations.
• Handle guest complaints, feedback and queries professionally.
• Maintain reservations using the restaurant’s system and update seating plans.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and bar teams to maintain pace of service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and entrance areas.
