Job summary

W Hotels Dubai, part of Marriott International, is seeking a courteous Front of House professional to greet guests, answer phones, and manage dining reservations in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will seat guests, maintain station rotation, ensure proper place settings, and assist with training and scheduling while upholding safety and cleanliness standards to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take dining reservations, and enter diner information into reservation system.
• Maintain wait list and quote accurate wait time.
• Seat guests, organize seating for large or special needs groups, and ensure proper place settings.
• Greet guests and provide needed assistance while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report accidents, and complete safety training and certifications.
