Job summary

Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island is seeking a Receptionist/Host to welcome guests, guide them through self-check-in/out kiosks, and highlight hotel services, amenities and local happenings.

You will be the go-to person for guest questions, connect guests with the right departments, and support Front Office operations while delivering Radisson energy—authentic, fun and flexible. English is essential and Russian is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Dynamic and people-loving with strong guest interaction
• Innovative with a positive mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Engaging, self-motivated and guest-focused
• Genuine and authentic, comfortable being yourself
• Experience with IT systems and hotel tech is a plus
• English required; Russian language is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through self-check-in/check-out kiosks to start their stay smoothly
• Be the go-to person for hotel services, amenities, and local happenings
• Proactively resolve guest questions and minor issues before they escalate
• Connect guests with the right departments to deliver seamless service
• Support Front Office with essential operational tasks to maintain energy and flow
