Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, ensuring prices match, and maintaining a clean workstation. Prior cash handling experience in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in food service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and cash handling accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Process reimbursements and exchanges, balance cash register, generate sales reports.
• Accept payments and ensure prices and amounts are accurate; issue receipts.
• Maintain clean work area and assist customers with queries.
• Bag or wrap purchases for safe transport and comply with promo code/gift card policies.
• Operate money registers and other point-of-sale equipment.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, seat guests, and offer guidance as needed.
