Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will manage front desk operations with warmth and precision, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the team with administrative excellence.

The role requires multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred), strong organizational skills, and experience with PMS software and MS Office.

• Experience in receptionist/front desk/customer-facing roles in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests and handle front desk interactions with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct calls; record messages accurately and promptly.
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and room bookings for the team.
• Process visitor check-ins/outs and maintain records.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
• Provide information about services and local recommendations to visitors.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
