Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.

• Assist with reservations for accommodations, restaurants, events, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests or resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Ensure rooms are clean and stocked before check-in.
• Process payments for guest services using electronic systems.
• Assist with check-out and collect guest feedback.
• Handle emergencies or unexpected situations calmly.
